Which rotary table to CNC?

I don't need anything larger then a 4".



1.) Is there a better place to purchase from?

2.) So I'm curious has anyone CNC'd either of these, if so, how'd you
make the mounts? Could you share some pictures?

3.) How's the backlash in the worm?
