Thanks, Bob. The response of people saying they
wanted the book was, to me, pretty amazing. Forty
seven CCEDers expressed their interest. What's even
more amazing, to me, is that so far I have received
payment or credit card numbers from about 15 people.
I went out on a limb and paid for the books (that's
$55 times 50) up front assuming that I wouldn't have
any problem selling the books with all this interest.
