You might want to try Visio at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/visio/default.asp. I've been using it for
years, since before Microsoft thought it was so good, they bought the
company. They have templates for diagramming almost anything. I don't know
what the current price is, but you might try ebay for a slightly older
version.
