Any one have a 3 axis DRO designed for SPC output Calipers.

Has anyone designed a simple 3 axis readout that canuse the output
from the CHEAP Harbor freight Calipers as scales. This would be a
simple project and I believe it might make an interestiing project
for a good electronic designer. The files on the Calipers is in our
FILES area.

I know that a commercial unit is available for $250.00, and if it is
being sold of that it must cost less than $75.00 in parts. This is
a challange to the electronic GURU's in the group.
