If you are really worried about cpu heat, remember that heat transfer
is across mass and the larger the mass the less termperature
differential is needed to carry away the heat.
put a large finned heatsink in the enclosure with a cooresponding
huge heatsink on the outside. seal the case completly and blow air
over both heatsinks.
This is how industrial instrumetation is cooled.
Heat transfer is not terribly complicated and sealing the enclosure
is attractive, it is a very simple process.
Don't forget that there are standard air conditioning units that can
cool the chip directly and shed a lot of the heat.
Also, dust will settle on the surfaces so cleaning should not be make
difficult.
and that as air slows down, it is easier to filter. a large filter
with a little bit of air will allow one to remove most of the dust.
