Compumotor 650X Stepper Drive

Hello,
Is anyone using Parker/Compumotor 650X Stepper Drives?
Currently the drive/motor combination seems to work with the self test
mode built in the drive. When I give it step/dir signals through a
Axxus Technologies DB1V2.0 Parallel Port Interface there is no
movement. I have hooked a Gecko 201 drive up in its place and every
thing works fine. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
