Hi Shawn;

Yahoogroups has two groups that may be of help here. One is called simply,
"minimill", and the other is cnc_minimill. I know that one guy is or at least
was working on a bolt on kit for the mini-mill, but wants to perfect it before
selling any. Been a while since I've heard from him though. As far as price
goes, IIRC, the most reasonably priced is the 5/8" by 5TPI type ballscrews.
You'll probably want to have tapered gibs done for it as well,
