In Vector F9 = reverse selected chain direction

With the hobby discount, Vector Cad costs less than a used stepper
motor. It has offsetting enabled for certain and Dxf import and
export. I don't think they let me give away pocketing any more.

You can copy-paste 2D geometry back and forth between Acad and
Vectorcad. If you paste reordered Vector geometry, it should stay
that way.
