I new some people wont be happy with unconventional approach.
However once you tighten up the turnbuckle, all the clearances disappear,
no matter if it was bought in Canadian Tire for $1 or from "Military Depot"
for $1000. Just want to add that as a support rollers I'm planning to use
casters from Home Depot, shaft support - aluminum pillow blocks from
Canadian Tire, chain, sprockets - Princess Auto for a few $$ a piece,
base - 3/4 plywood. No lead screws - will be replaced by 2 synchronized
chains.
Best regards, Alex
