Yes, that's them exactly.

I have a design based on that, uses 1/2 inch square tubing and 4
bearings to constrain up/down/left/right movement. It's a bit
complicated to implement, though. I used (on a table) two assemblies
of 4 bearings on one side, and 2 assemblies of two bearings. One side
was not left/right constrained. The assembly was designed mostly for
up/down resistance.

abec 3 were about 11 USD for the 8 of them.
