AC Servo Motors

Probably a stupid question, but can AC Servo Motors be used for a mill
conversion? The motors that I am specifically looking at are Panasonic
MSM082A2UE, 3 Phase AC. 115 V, 4.3A, .75 Kw, 200 Hz, 3000 rpm. I
expect that if one does not have 3 phase power (or a Converter) that
these would be out of the question.
