ARGH! Accurite DRO

I just broke the head on my Accurite X-axis scale.. I drove the table off
the side without removing the scale first. The wires broke off and the
head came apart in four pieces. I haven't had a chance to see if the
pieces are broken or were originally that way.

What are my chances of fixing this, or getting it fixed? I'm pretty sure
it is out of warranty, but if someone has contact information for
Accurite, that would help...
