Hi Mark,

To be able to get those motor to do something, you would need to know
what those wires are for and the pinout of the motor controller
software you eventually be using. I think, to determine if this a
step-direction driver, perhaps you can connect a simple AVO meter and
see if the voltage toggle between 0 V and +5 V as you send the motor
in opposite direction with a motor controller software like turbocnc

If you can spare a little over USD100, I believe the 3 axis xylotex
driver

www.xylotex.com

will be a good bet for redoing a driver box. You probably can use the
power supply from the old driver, but cooking one up yourself is not
difficult with a little bit of electrical knowledge. For this there
