For odd size conversions, you need to buy the closest stock coupling and
bore it out to the needed size. You might have to start out with a
1/8 - 1/4" unit or something like that. You might also need to make
a bushing to adapt a 1/2" - 1/2" unit, because of the great size difference.
These are pretty expensive no matter where you get them.
