Fred, I'm very sceptical of this quoted accuracy.
For a start you have two main area's of inaccuracy.
One when the drawing was done originally and secondly when it was
scanned in.
True you can use the scale command but only if the error is
concistant in both the X and Y.
As a previous poster has pointed out paper stretch has to be allowed
for.
