Proper solid state relay to use for spindle control

The following offers a very nice package of two solid state relays.

I have been looking through catalogs and notice that non-pcb mounted
relays cost ~$25 for 1. The relays on the above PCB cost ~$1.50 each.

I have intentions of using these for Spindle, Mist (AC solenoid) and
to turn off the power supply to my Gecko drivers.

Question: Are the relays on this PCB appropriate for this use?

Spindle motor is a (TAIG) 1/10 HP AC, but I may upgrade to 1/4 HP
