Hi Andy,
Did you post a picture of the G340 and wiring? Did anyone try my
snubber suggestion, or was it to far out there? Did you see big
inductive spikes on a scope? Just curious :-)
I know when I had a senior project in college that was a discrete PWM
motor drive, I had a 'nasty' motor that would ring massively and blew
my driver a few times. I learned a heck of alot about saving the H-
bridge from that and still want to revisit the design as I never
finished the over-current protection section at that time.
