Hello! So would all of this hardware make a good machine...

Howdy folks. I just got refered to your list by a fellow from the
MaxNC users groups list. And thats what this is all about... go with
a MaxNC, or build a machine...

I was planning on getting those 600oz-in servos from Camtronics, grab
3 Gecko 320's or 340's, and running them with a PC utilizing EMC.
Now, my problem is that I don't know what machine would be a good
candidate to attach this all too. I have access to the machine shop,
so I could make all my motor mounting hardware... I'm really looking
for a machine with a LARGE work envelope; I mean, the MaxNC15 can do
12"x7" and I'd like to get at least that.
I'd also REALLY like to convert to ballscrews with prelaoded nuts ont
he X and Y axes before I do anything, as I don't want to worry about
adjusting backlash. Any recomendataions on what machine this would
mate up well with?
