No, these motors are not cooled by an internal fan. Most servo motors
don't run at their max speed very much, mostly they run at lower speeds.

It is the torque demand that causes them to heat up. You need to keep
the torque demand below their continuous ratingmost of the time.
You can go up to the peak torque rating for a few seconds per minute,
generally. It is possible that using these motors at direct drive to
allow decent feedrates on a 70 V supply will cause them to run hot.
Then, you'd be in a pinch.
