I don't have the part you seek, but there is one part of it available.
ROTOZIP makes an adaptor which is a 1/8" collet adaptor to fit into a 1/4"
collet. Female 1/8" to MaIe 1/4". I use this to adapt 1/8" tools to my
1/4" laminate trimmer.
I imagine that a 1/4" coupler is easier to come by (commercially or home-brew).
To check the claim I just made, I looked up "shaft coupler" on the
McMaster-Carr web site and found two possibilities, although they are not
rated for high enough RPM. The highest was 4000 RPM, so you might have a
balance problem.
