Hi Dean. Check out the photos section, Rick-o-matic folder. I added
a picture of a spindle arrangement I made (too slow and under
powered). It is a piece of round stock that I drilled and reamed out
to .250 for the motor and then drilled and reamed (.375?) and
chamfered 30 degrees for a DA-100 size collet. Threaded the outside
for the collet thread (??). All of this was done at the same time
while in a lathe. Put in 3 10/32 tapped holes (120 degrees apart)
for "fine tuning". Used a factory nut and collet. Indicated it in
within 2 tenths. sounds harder to make than it really was! Contact
