This is 4 axis wire code generated in VectorCad-Cam.

The part is a 1 inch radius circle at the bottom, and at 1" in Z the
top of the part has a 1 x 1 square with .25 corner radius, it is
symmetric to the circle. The interpolation is .001 arc-chordal
accuracy, so I only posted to 3 decimals. Cutting starts at the
right side. This is the code from the first quadrant
