Hi,

The 5-axis Taig conversion is really no big deal, you'll find many
posts on this forum here and the Taig and Mach1 forums, etc.
discussing drivers, motors, power supplies and wiring for 3 and 4
axis machines where you may get better advice on the parts to use
according to your budget and location than I can give you. I just
added another axis into the mix.
I would'nt bother with trying to put ballscrews onto a Taig, if you
need that level of accuracy then you'd probably be best building from
scratch.
I'm quite happy to answer any questions relating to the 5th axis and
the software, etc. here or at;
