Is there a chance of those threads to come loose and get tangled

Like the washer idea I was thinking of turning the nylon this shape
and drilling and tapping some small holes to bolt it to the end.
Not sure this will go well because of the hardened Nut housing but
I will give this a shot.
I am planning on tapering the nylon into a thin section towards
a smaller centerhole hope that the thinned area will be mallable
enough to form and strech around the Ballscrew profile.
May try a little heat to get it to do that.
Another problem that may come up is lubrication if the Nuts are
well sealed it will be nessesary to have a methode of oiling it
by having a oiler access hole somewhere to get oil inside.
