priority and has now slid. So it is a feature you did announce. It is
only a 5th wheel to you because you are thinking only of machining the
items. I want to use it to capture an item and import it into another
3-D program for rendering. For that use the uncompensated .stl is not
viable.

the product would have a particular feature and now you are saying that
it does not matter because it has another unique feature. I am not
saying that DeskCNC is not a power packed product for the price, as it
is. I am just disappointed that a feature announced has not come to pass
and is now back burnered.
You have made many references to a particular company that announces
features and then takes years to deliver on them. Be careful where you
are throwing stone, some may come back to hit you.
