Since you have your own CNC mill do the following.
Build a small tesla turbine (10-12 inches across, with
8-12 plates). http://www.geocities.com/vair65_2000/tesla/
run a 1/2 hp electric motor at 10k RPM you will get
25 PSI and do a 4 to 1 reduction in tube diameter
(think cone) and pump that into the Vortec. You can get
the same output without a 5-10 hp compressor just
by using a little knowledge of the way fluids flow....
