I use an ITW Vortec on my cnc to machine plastics such
as Delrin and Valox.
I am rather biased though as I have a fellowship with ITW Advanced
Technology.
It does work well for me however. It pretty much completely eliminates
melting problems with high speed routing of plastics.
It uses a lot of air and is not the most inexpensive thing,
but being ever the company man I will offer this link:
http://www.itwvortec.com/
...but I think I should bill them for this....

I know a guy that thinks the same thing. He is trying to build
something that turns it on and off just to blow away the chips and cool
the tool occasionally.
