Both of these motors should work. The first one is really overkill
except for a Series-II Bridgeport or other machine in that size class.
For a Series-I bridgeport or smaller machine, the 2nd motor should
work fine. You won't ever replace these motors unless you run them
in 8 hour, 5 days a week commercial service. If the 16 Lb weight or
size of the first one is no problem in your setup, then go for that
one.
