Sherline Flexible Leadscrew Coupling

Hi;

I have broken one of the sherline bellow flexible couplers during
removal.

Does anyone know if this is a sherline-manufactured part or if it's
a standard part.

Secondly does anyone know where I can buy a replacement or failing
that does anyone have a drawing for it so I can make it ??
