I'm sorry I hadn't been paying too much attention to this thread. I have a
rigid-ram SERIES I CNC with BOSS-5 upgrade. The 'switch box' in question
is an integtral part of the spindle housing called the "Spindle Control
Panel". It is not located on the pendant (which is really not a pendant,
but a movable control panel). There are no 'heaters' in either of those
panels. The "Overload Elements" are located in the rear Main Power Panel.
My manual shows 1-MOL (sometimes called 1M-OL), the 'heater' ass'y is
located between the Reversing Contactor (upper right-hand of the panel,
when facing it thru the open door), and the disconnect switch (upper-left
of the panel). The Overload Heaters are specified as: Clark #2427 (B'p't
Part # 503917) for the 460Vac input. Depending on whether you have a manual
Reversing Switch, or a contactor-reversing switch (a 3-pole cross-wired
NO/NC relay), the heaters are located on the unit where the 1T1, 1T2, and
1T3 wires (sometimes called just; T1, T2, & T3) come from, on their way to
the spindle motor. If you have to check the voltages there, you will have
to 'VIOLATE' the safety interlock... WARNING, THERE ARE LETHAL VOLTAGES
PRESENT! since the machine will have to be powered up. If you need more
info, please contact me off list, as this may be considered Off-Topic. (I
have the full set of Maint, Set-up, Programming, & Operating Manuals, and
will help 'walk' you through any trouble spots, but I will not 'copy' any
copyrighted material).

p.s. the 230Vac Contactors are Clark # 2435 (Bridgeport Part # 503389)
