Mach 2 will control the steppers/servo drivers.

Mach2 has a built in dxf to G Code converter but it's far from the
best, You'll need something in the middle. Bobcad v18 isn't too bad,
I'm sure you can look around in the archives and find what other
folks recommend. It's mostly a preference-price thing find the price
you want to pay and work from there.
