I would disagree with this. The fans should be pushing air into the
cabinet not drawing it out. You want a positive pressure in the cabinet
otherwise dust will be drawn in through mounting holes, cable exits,
panel joins etc. This is why many filters have mountings that are
compatible with fan mounting holes.
