You just use the A+ and B+ wires. The A+ and A- wires are a differential
pair, and can be used with differential receiver ICs to combat interference
with the signals in high electrical noise environments. But, in normal
situations, just tie off the unused wires with electrical tape, or don't
connect
a wire to that connector pin.
