I always toyed with the idea that one day I'd use a cheap windshield washer
kit and hook it up to some kind of 555 timer circuit, using water-soluble
coolant. I got three of the w.w. units (for about $7.00/ea, from Harbor
Freight), but never got any farther than that. But, it couild be something
you might want to try...
