I got a "Flying Horse" knockoff of the Bijur manual oil pump on eBay
for something like $49. Somebody was putting motorized oilers on
inport machines, and had a bunch of brand-new pumps that came off them,
I think.

I made a selector valve, so I can oil each way as needed. But, normally,
there is quite an elaborate setup, with a manifold and a bunch of
metering orifices to equalize the oil flow to each way.
