Try http://www.bijur.com Probably cost about ten bucks. The site has
a listing of local distributors, and Bijur now owns a subsidiary,
which sells the "cheinese" versions of their products; i.e., an
economy line...

Also try http://www.tricomfg.com (look under central lubrication)

I haven't bought check valves (not needed for my uses), but the
metering units are about 7-8 bucks each...

There is a mail-order MW house that carries these items; I found them
using a search, and recognised the name. Not Travers, not enco, not
MSC, but in that same "class" of company. Sorry that I can't remember
it just now.
