Question(1) Google search "PWM to voltage" will get you started. The
short answer seems to be that one buys a magic black box full of
elves that know what to do. I seem to recall that these are low
dollar items that have at times been sold at Radio Shack. My source
suggestion is Digi-Key. A search just now at thier web site pulled
up about 10 possibilities and most were in 20-dip packages and cost
about $5. IT gets even better! Digi-key linked me directly to Texas
Inst. data sheet in pdf format.
