The problem with big sheets is that you cannot place these in kitchen
owens. I used to make parts for underwater equipment and we had to
heat treat all machined parts to take away all thermal stresses built
up during machining. You can see these stresses with pola filter and
light around drilled holes. So the answer is, big owen that takes
your parts. You can get information from a good plastics supplier how
to work with Acrylics, just ask, also how to grind your tooling.
