You are correct to worry a bit. A 70 volt transformer will give you
about 98 volts DC and that's above the 70V G201 rating. The MOSFET's
he uses in the G201 are rated for 100V at 10A but he is conserative
(like all good engineers) and specifies a 70 volt max. A good rule of
thumb is that the DC voltage will about 1.4 times the AC voltage of a
transformer so plan accordingly.
