No david because the program and controller board normally cost this,
so in effect you are geeting a free 4 axis setup.
Now if you would like to build me a free 4 axis setup then I'll send
you my postal address.<bg>
These Allegro based drivers are quite hard to do for a home shop
because of the specialised soldering needed so most people, even if
they are capable, finish up buying of the shelf units like Gecko and
Larken.
