With a bigger pulley on the motor and a smaller one on the leadscrew, it
will go FASTER with LESS torque. You should swap the pulleys, and it will go
SLOWER with More torque.
What speed are you turning the motors at when you stop them by hand? Slow
them down andd see what happens.
