EMC Parallel port config, please help

Hello,
Just got BDI TNG (RH7.2 based) EMC running. Trying to hook it up
to an older stepper motor controller. I need to swap some of my
outputs
in EMC to work with my controller. For example, the direction/step
outputs are opposite of what I need (step/dir). I also
need to map my init (turn power on to motors) to pin 16 and high
power (high/low power for when
motors are at rest) to pin 17 etc... The emc.ini file only has
auxillary
stuff like coolant/spindle etc... I don't see anywhere that you can
change step/dir etc.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
