Re: Interact stepper ball screw reduction ratios

I have 3 series 1 boss machiens and 1 series 1 btc machine that I
have retrofitted and 2 of them have a 2:1 ration on the z, and the
the rest of the axis are 1:1. I believe I read in the manual that
all axis were 1:1 as well. I use the ahha rc500 drive box and
artisan software on all these machien sand I actually get more
performance out of the z axis on the machines with the 2:1 quill
drives. I think this is probably a resonance issue.
