Since you are running them on a number of machines
am I correct in thinking that you are well satified with the control
and the software. I was thinking about their control and software as
an up grade for a older BP lookalike NC machine. It has the
ballscrews and the motors on it all ready. What do you think about
it. Any information or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in
advance and...

I have 3 series 1 boss machiens and 1 series 1 btc machine that I
have retrofitted and 2 of them have a 2:1 ration on the z, and the
the rest of the axis are 1:1. I believe I read in the manual that
all axis were 1:1 as well. I use the ahha rc500 drive box and
artisan software on all these machien sand I actually get more
performance out of the z axis on the machines with the 2:1 quill
drives. I think this is probably a resonance issue.
