I have been working, for some time now, on a CNC mill conversion and
am in the final stages. I'm in desperate need of help. I
can't get the servo drives to operate the motors correctly.
Specifically, I'm having problems configuring the servo drives to
match the motor specifications. I am at a dead end and would
GREATLY appreciate any guidance, I would even pay for it.

Specifics:
I am using www.WorldServo.com SSt-1500 drives. These drives
receive step/dir inputs and drive brushless servo motors with
encoder feedback. They have software for the drives for
configuration at http://www.worldservo.com/html/lvp.htm .

I am using Aerotech BM800 brushless servo motors. The specs for the
motors are at http://www.aerotech.com/products/motors/bmspecs.html

I have double checked all my wiring as follows:

BM800 SSt1500
Phase A Motor-R
Phase B Motor-S
Phase C Motor-T
Ground Motor shield
Cosine A
Cosine-N A --
Sine B
Sine-N B --
Marker I
Marker-N I --
Common Gnd
+5v +5v out
Shield Gnd
Hall effect A Comm R
Hall effect B Comm S
Hall effect C Comm T

In the WorldServo software "cntl-shift-M" I currently have
the
following inputted:
Resistance ohms 1.2
Winding Constant ms 3.16
Back EMF ke 62
Vector Ref Offset 21
Kip 12000
Kii 1200

For compensator tuning I'm using
Kv 20000
Kp 10000
Ki 100

Is anyone familiar with both of these products to provide some clues
as to what could be wrong? Thanks a ton for any help.
