Take a look at http://www.timgoldstein.com/cad_cam/motor.htm where I
go through the calculations on my own Bridgeport servo retrofit.

But, to condense it, my motors have a cont. rating of 73 Oz-In,
and I guesstimated a peak at 300 Oz-In. Now, I have a 2.5:1 belt
reduction ratio, so I get 182 and 730 Oz-In at the 5 TPI ballscrew.
This is marginal, but I'm not complaining. I do have some rounding-
off of corners, etc. due to the limited acceleration of the system.
