I don't think this is a general purpose servo tuning piece.
It appears it is written specifically for their *drives*. In order
to do tuning you either need to have a scope or DSP card and get the
signal across the motor or you need to be able to tap directly into
the servo amp with a custom application. No two servo amps are the
same so each would need it own software. Rutex has a tuning piece
for their drives (supported in MACH2) that will do pretty much the
same thing.
