Hey,
I never intended to run a 60Hz motor at 400Hz. I simply stated
that my VFD was rated as such.
Please see my post at DIY-CNC for a link to specs on a promising
inverter duty motor. Also, I posted a pic of a nameplate in the FILES
section (DIY-CNC) on the stock DC spindle motor that will require a
new drive if used as an alternative to the AC motor/drive.
I need all the advice I can get people. Please see my post at DIY-
CNC and keep the comments coming. Thanks.
