It has nothing to do with the 2nd parallel port. The problem is motion
is handled
by the real time section of EMC, while auxilliary I/O is handled by the
NON-real
time part, and they don't stay in sync. Apparently, as I understood the
talk about
this, the RT section pauses all motion until it has gotten confirmation
that the
non-RT side has completed the aux I/O function, then motion resumes.
This causes
a stop-and-go every time you click an aux function (M03-M05, M07-M09) on
or off.
