So that you can choose between spindle and laser, use an aux output as a
gate for the spindle to turn on the laser.
ie, your AVR micro turns on the laser if the aux output is on, and the
spindle gets turned on. You add the aux out on and aux out off codes at
the beginning and end of programs for the laser.
